Forsyth County held a Topping Out and beam signing ceremony today to commemorate this milestone in construction of the new Juvenile Justice Center.
The event was attended by several Superior, State and Juvenile Court judges (pictured from left to right: Jeffrey S. Bagley, Christopher W. Willis, Heather N. Dunn, Philip C. Smith, T. Russell McClelland, III, and Leslie Abernathy-Maddox), as well as other members of the community.
