Students from Forsyth Central High School’s Workplace Spanish program recently visited the Forsyth County Courthouse for an immersive introduction into the judicial system.
In the courtroom of Superior Court Judge Philip Smith, the students had the unique opportunity to witness live criminal proceedings. Following the session, the students met with State Court Judge James Dunn to discuss what they had observed. Judge Dunn shared insights into the workings of the court and the critical role of language accessibility in the legal system.
The Forsyth County Courts are proud to support educational experiences that inspire future professionals and promote a deeper understanding of our justice system.
